First-class dark chocolate, crafted by the Felchlin chocolatiers in Central Switzerland using cocoa from Ghana. Its flavour is similar to our Togo chocolate, but with a slightly less fruity finish. Instead, subtle notes of vanilla emerge. The chocolate contains 60 per cent cocoa, and its coin shape makes it easy to portion — perfect for snacking or using in recipes.
Note:
This chocolate will arrive in Felchlin packaging rather than the typical gebana packaging. It is a substitute product for our chocolate made with cocoa from Togo. Due to logistical delays, we were unable to supply Felchlin with our Togo cocoa in time for post-production.
