Milk chocolate with 40 per cent cocoa content from Lucerne-based startup Schöki. Made in Switzerland with organic Swiss milk and cocoa from gebana Togo. Schöki emerged from a crowdfunding campaign in 2017. The goal then and now: to offer demonstrably sustainable chocolate free from poverty and child labour. One bar weighs 100 grams.
