Milk chocolate with caramel nougat and sea salt from Lucerne-based startup Schöki. Made in Switzerland with cocoa from gebana Togo. Schöki emerged from a crowdfunding campaign in 2017. The goal then and now: to offer demonstrably sustainable chocolate free from poverty and child labour. The milk chocolate nestles a mild creaminess around the caramel nougat, whose flavour is intensely brought into focus by the sea salt. One bar weighs 100 grams.
