Cocoa nibs
Organic
Ghana
These organic cocoa nibs are made from roasted organic cocoa beans sourced from family farmers in Ghana. They have an intense chocolate aroma and a bold cocoa flavour, with a hint of bitterness and a touch of fruity acidity in the aftertaste.
What are cocoa nibs?
Cocoa nibs are small fragments of roasted cocoa beans. They make a great topping for porridge, fruit salads, and baked goods like cakes and bread. They can also be used in sauces—there are virtually no limits to creativity here.
Why do the cocoa beans come from Ghana and not Togo?
Cocoa nibs are a new product for gebana, and we first need to test whether they fit into our range. For this trial, we are using an existing product from our chocolate partner Felchlin. If demand for the nibs develops well, we plan to produce them from our own cocoa beans from Togo in the future.

Storage & shelf life
Store cocoa nibs in a cool, dry place away from light. It's best to put them in an airtight jar and store them in the refrigerator. They will keep for at least 6 to 8 months.
