fairafric Caramel & Fleur de Sel
Organic
Ghana
This light, vegan chocolate blends a creamy caramel flavor with a delicate touch of fleur de sel.
With 42% cocoa content, it is enriched with a smooth cashew cream made from gebana Burkina Faso cashews. This gives the chocolate a velvety texture, reminiscent of milk chocolate—without any detectable cashew taste.
Like all fairafric chocolate bars, this one is entirely made in Ghana. Since 2016, the German company fairafric has been producing chocolate there and, in 2020, opened a new solar-powered factory with nearly 100 employees. One bar weighs 80 grams.
