In Sicily, the island at the bottom of the Italian mainland, the climate is perfect for tomatoes. On land confiscated from the mafia by the Italian State, the members of the Libera Terra cooperative cultivate tomatoes on dry land, harvest them by hand and process them into passata. No preservatives, no additives. One jar contains 410 grams.
