Roasted macadamia nuts from Kenya are the only ingredient in this nut butter. In this batch, the nuts were roasted a little longer than usual, resulting in a darker colour, a stronger roasted aroma, and a slightly less sweet taste.
Due to the high fat content of macadamia nuts, the nut butter has a runny consistency at room temperature.

Use & preparation
- Use as a topping for porridge, muesli or pancakes.
- The butter can also be used for baking.
- Use in savoury dishes to thicken and refine sauces, dips or salad dressings.
Storage & shelf life
Once opened, the nut butter will stay fresh at room temperature for about 3 months. If necessary, stir the mixture before eating to restore its creamy texture.
