Extra virgin olive oil from the southern Peloponnese. The oil has a mild, fruity flavour and smells of fresh herbs and grass. The Skarpalezou oil mill produces it in collaboration with Rolf and Sonja exclusively from Koroneiki olives, which grow in the area around the village of Stavropigio.
Storage & shelf life
The bag-in-box packaging protects the olive oil from oxygen and therefore oxidisation. This means that the oil can be kept for up to 18 months. Use the oil directly from the tap in the box. Decanting reduces the shelf life.
