My village is famous for its high-quality olives and olive oil.
"I studied electrical engineering in Germany in 1984. That's where I learned how important it is to protect the environment and our health. It's why I grow my produce organically and why I'm very much against chemical fertilisers. I love farming and the soil, even though I don't earn enough money from it. For this reason, we also have sheep, chickens and quail on our farm. We also grow produce to feed ourselves, like guavas, spinach and broccoli."
