An Italian white wine vinegar with a mild flavour, blended with reduced grape must. The must adds a light sweetness to the vinegar, softening its acidity and perfectly rounding out the taste. The grapes for the Condimento Bianco are supplied by our family farmers in the Emilia-Romagna, Trentino and Marche regions and are cultivated using biodynamic farming methods. Ideal on salads, fish dishes or for adding flavour to sauces.
