Pine nuts from Tuscany. Use them as an ingredient for baking, in salads or for pesto. Lightly roasted in the pan, they develop their full aroma.
Storage & shelf life
Store nuts and seeds in a cool, dark place in a tightly closed container. Make sure that the container is as airtight as possible so that no moisture gets in. You can also freeze nuts and kernels to extend their shelf life by a few months.
