Olive paste from Kalamata, refined with garlic, oregano, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The olives come from the region around the town of Skala, in the south of the Peloponnese, and are processed on site.
Storage & shelf life
After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within approximately two weeks.
