Brown lentils
Organic
Italy
The Libera Terra cooperative cultivates these brown lentils on land that once belonged to the Mafia, which was later seized by Italian authorities. The bulk of their produce comes from the Sicily, Calabria, Apulia and Campania regions. These small lentils are air-dried and carefully sorted.
Storage & shelf life
Store the lentils in a sealed container to protect them from moisture and pests. When stored in a cool and dry place, these lentils will keep for at least a year.
