Verbena tea with cornflowers

Swiss tea made from verbena and cornflowers from the Raselli organic farm in Le Prese in the canton of Grisons. The Raselli family dries, processes and packages the organic herbs entirely on site. Freshly brewed, the tea is pale amber in colour and smells intensely of verbena with a hint of lemon balm. The taste is typical of verbena, yet distinctly reminiscent of lemon balm with a soft mouthfeel and faint liquorice notes.
